About Nick:This summer, I will once again be offering the strength and conditioning camp for student athletes interested in playing middle school football. I am planning to hold it 3x a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - at 10 AM. The main focuses will be heat acclimation and conditioning, lower and upper body strength, lower and upper body dynamic movement and explosiveness, agility, flexibility, and stability, with an emphasis on football related exercises and movement patterns. The camp will start on Monday, June 3rd, and will run for 5 consecutive weeks, finishing on Friday, July 5th. The cost per athlete will be $100 per week, paid in weekly increments. Additionally, if you sign up for a package of at least 3 weeks, I will take an additional 10% off, which saves you the price of a session. These weeks do not have to be consecutive. If you sign up for all 5 weeks, you will save the price of 2 sessions at this rate. Also, I am capping the camp at 10 participants - first come first served; however, if there is significantly more interest than that, I will consider opening a second time slot.

I have been certified as a personal trainer under the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2015. I also recently got certified as an ACE Weight Management Specialist as well, giving me all the tools to help those struggling with their weight. Additionally, I compete in the sport of powerlifting, and I train 10-12 hours a week with several national and world champions in the sport.
