Paella made from ground chorizo, shrimp, & seasoned chicken thighs with saffron infused chicken stock and white wine. 
Optional wine pairing by Keife and Company
Vegetarian option:
Vegetarian paella made with saffron infused vegetable stock and white wine. 
Herbed focaccia bread with sun-dried tomato olive oil. 
Side salad with house vinaigrette. 
Lemon curd, Chantilly cream, and fresh berry parfait. 
 *Everything made in house from scratch* 

Deadline to place order: Wednesday, August 19th 5pm.
