Details:
  • Two adults per child are welcome to attend the live performance.
  • The adult audience space is a standing space on the first floor of the atrium.
  • We will ask all visitors to please mask during this performance.
  • The students will be standing at an elevated distance on the stairs and the second level to perform.
  • The performance is VERY brief - one song per grade - so please be aware it will take a longer time to park than as an audience member :)
  • We will welcome the parents into the atrium who are connected to the grade level singing at that moment. (see schedule below)
  • While parents are waiting in our “tailgating” holding zone on the Woodvine Carpool circle, we will offer coffee and camaraderie
  • Please note the below performance times. We will not be able to let anyone in after the start time of their child’s performance due to the fact that we want the filming experience to be strong for all to enjoy.
  • Once your child has finished singing their grade level’s song, we will ask you to please exit through our Woodvine doors where you are welcome to enjoy coffee and camaraderie and/or wait for your next child’s performance if applicable.
Come to Woodvine at least 5 minutes early so that we can get you in on time!

Can't make it in person, watch it via Facebook LIVE!
