Country Day Track & Field/Cross Country Camp

Coach Maurice and Coach Dominic will be hosting the Country Day Track and Field/ Cross Country Camp this year. The camp includes two sessions, one in June and the other in July. The camp is open to students in grades 5th- 12th.
Conditioning Camp for Middle School Athletes
Nick Beachy, a 2013 MPCDS graduate, is a certified trainer who will be helping middle school student-athletes interesting in playing football. The camp will be held three times a week, starting Monday, June 3rd and finishing July 5th. Nick will be teaching conditioning, lower and upper body strength, lower and upper body dynamic movement, agility, flexibility, and much more.
Join Country Day's Cheerleaders on August 3rd and 4th from 8:30 am-noon as they teach 6-12-year-old students cheers, dances, and jumps in Patrick Gymnasium.
Coach Tommy Mathews will be hosting the Country Day Baseball Camp from June 3rd- 7th. The camp is open to children ages 7-14 and will be held at Country Day’s Patrick Gymnasium. The kids will be working on throwing, catching, team play, and much more.
The Country Day Basketball Camp will be for boys and girls ages 7-14. There are two sessions, one in May and one in June. Players will be guided in the fundamentals of basketball all while having team competitions and most importantly fun.
All-Skills Volleyball Camp
The All- Skills Volleyball Camp is designed to teach children ages 7-15 the fundamental skills of volleyball such as serving, passing, setting, attacking, and more. The camp day will be filled with one on one coaching as well as team activities and scrimmages. The campers will get to create a fun experience with their teammates and their coaches.
Youth Football Camp
Join Coach Chango and the varsity staff this summer to learn the fundamentals of footballs. The camp will consist of drills covering offensive and defensive skills and competitive games and challenges. Youth Football Camp is open to children in 2nd-8th grade and is an amazing way to get involved with Country Day athletics.
Summer Academy for Incoming Freshman
The Summer Academy for Incoming Freshman is a program put on by the 9th grade Faculty which will help incoming freshman with their presentation skills, their organization, time management, and much more. Students will gain an extensive knowledge of what is to come in the following years of high school, but also create a strong bond with fellow classmates and future teachers.
