With the goal of improving our students' academic, social-emotional, and overall learning experience, our faculty are reaching for the stars as they begin the 2022-2023 Professional Learning Program.
Faculty members chose one of 12 areas to research, including active learning, computational thinking, social-emotional learning, assessment, blended learning, classroom management, and DEIB, to name a few. Through their learning journey, these individuals will take all they have learned and present to our leadership team. The most innovative and engaging opportunities will be selected and implemented.

Established in 1929, Metairie Park Country Day School is a coed private school for New Orleans area students in early childhood through Grade 12. From the elementary grades through upper school, the care and cultivation of each child comes to life in our exciting academic program, creative arts, and competitive athletic offerings.
