Giving Capital & Endowment
Invest in Country Day’s Future
Capital and endowment gifts are investments in Country Day's future.
Our generous community members who support Country Day in these ways further our School's strategic initiatives and secure Country Day's future for current and future generations of Cajuns.
We invite you to learn more about the importance of endowment and capital giving opportunities by contacting the Director of Development, Lori Gordillo.

Capital Giving
Thanks to the generosity of generations of Country Day community members, our campus is filled with the finest facilities. Recent capital gifts have funded the construction of the new turf Freedom Field, the Science and Engineering Building, the expansion of Bart Cottage, and the renovation and expansion of the Coleman Family Dining Room.
Endowment Giving
Among all the investments made at Country Day, none have a more lasting impact than the resources we add to our endowment. Endowed funds provide a source of income that relieves the annual operating budget and minimizes our families' tuition increases. Gifts can be made for specific purposes or to the general endowment, which supports all areas of the School. Endowments can be designated for departments, academic programs, tuition assistance, professional development, faculty salaries, technology, operation, and maintenance of facilities.
The minimum amount to establish a new named endowment is $50,000.
