Tuition Assistance at Country Day
Our Commitment to Community Means a Commitment to Affordability
We recognize that finances are an important consideration for our families. Country Day offers need-based tuition assistance for families with students from Pre-K to Grade 12. This program helps bridge the gap between a family’s contribution and tuition costs.
Financial need does not affect admission decisions; however, we highly recommend new families interested in aid should indicate their interest on the application.
To determine tuition assistance awards, Country Day partners with School and Student Services (SSS). You’ll begin the application process for the 2025-26 school year by submitting the SSS Application, which includes the Parents’ Financial Statement and supporting tax documents, by February 15, 2025.
Additionally, you’ll submit a separate Additional Information Questionnaire to our Director of Financial Aid. This allows you to share any additional information we should consider. SSS calculates a families tuition affordability based on the information submitted. Our Tuition Assistance Committee will consider both SSS’s recommendation and the Additional Information Questionnaire when making a final decision regarding your tuition assistance.
To protect your privacy, the financial aid application process is highly confidential. Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, it is important to meet all deadlines as soon as possible when applying for tuition assistance.
