We are happy you are interested in Metairie Park Country Day School. Our admission staff strives to make your application process both informative and enjoyable. We work collaboratively with all families in order to provide a full understanding of our School and educational philosophy. So that you may truly appreciate the strength of our community and student life, Country Day encourages you to take a sign up for an information session and campus tour - either virtual or in-person. Tours & Visits

Sign up for a Virtual Information Session  
A member of our admission staff will guide you through a presentation where you will hear the information typically shared on a campus tour. Parents and prospective students are welcome to attend these Zoom meetings. Questions will be encouraged and answered. Total time frame is 45 minutes to an hour. Please see the calendar below to register for one of these events.

Sign up for an On-Campus Visit
For lower school (Grades PK-5), parents who are not familiar with Country Day's campus are encouraged to come tour and children will be required to come for an assessment. You can sign up for one of these tour and assessment dates through your child's checklist once you have applied to Country Day.

Prospective middle and upper school students and their parents will be invited to participate in a 30-minute campus walkaround. Immediately following, parents will be invited to a panel discussion, and students will complete the required interview and writing sample. Once you've filled out an online inquiry form or application to Country Day, you can schedule this on-campus visit through your CD Connect account.

Established in 1929, Metairie Park Country Day School is a coed private school for New Orleans area students in early childhood through Grade 12.
