For Middle/Upper School Librarian Cathy Friedmann, reference work and books are her main love. She served a multi-year term on the America Library Association’s Best Books for Young Adults committee, reading 200 books a year, as well as the Margaret A Edwards award committee which annually recognizes a young adult writer. Since computers have taken center stage in the current library environment; she has an Information Technology Certification from Tulane University.
